Frontline Development – Right next to the Sea!!

Sea Views

A beautiful new development with Amazing sea views – this new development is perfect for any buyer!

Amanda and I had the pleasure of visiting the development site where these properties are to be built. It was a great day and we met all the team involved, who truly believe in what a fabulous creation they are developing. They want to sell you your dream development.

We enjoyed the experience of embracing sea views one way and the snow-covered mountains the other. It was January!!

We loved the whole historical connection this area has with Greek and Roman civilizations, Berber pirates and ancient tomb and burial grounds.

Where are they located?

These exclusive properties are going to be built right next to virgin beach were there are crystal clear, glistening waters, swashing up from the Mediterranean onto the clean sandy beach.

The natural environment boasts coastal paths to breath in some clean fresh sea air. The pine, eucalyptus and palm trees that scatter the area provide natural shade on the beach in those long and hot summer days.

Built around a historic story, there is a Roman Funerary tower on the site that has been preserved and will stay a huge part of the community. It was built between 150 to 170 A.D. for an important citizen of Allon. The historical connection is fascinating and if you buy here you will want to know more!

You will feel so privileged to live and enjoy this interesting and fresh area. This, front line developement, has been carefully designed to give the best views from every aspect and will be built with large green areas, which will be around 14 meters apart, separating each block.

The first phase will have only 71 homes these will include 1,2,3 & 4 bedrooms. The development offers Townhouses, Duplex apartments and Penthouses – these all come with large terraces to enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year. Some will even have Jacuzzis to enjoy total relaxation under the beautiful blue skies.

The views will be stunning!

The chic, sweeping curves compliment the waves of the sea, make these properties striking in design. The fabulous architecture with the pure white curved arrangement of these properties will make them stand out against the backdrop of the turquoise waters of the sea.

These are top quality properties built with first class materials such as thermal insulation and materials from such as Porcelanosa and Saloni will be used. This is all available with maximum security thanks to a perimeter video surveillance system.
